San Diego Access and Crisis line:
Provides 24-hour, 7 days per week, free, confidential, suicide and crisis intervention and prevention and access to mental health and alcohol and drug services and additional community resources.
Changing your legal name and gender markers:
I have compiled an informational guide in navigating the process of legally changing your name and gender in both San Diego and North County. Advocates at the San Diego LGBT Center and the North County Resource Center can assist you in completing the forms when needed. The San Diego LGBT Center has a free name and gender marker change clinic each month to help you with the process and forms. Please contact the Center for more information.
